You can fly into San Antonia International Airport.

Yes, there is a shuttle service for people staying at the hotel from the airport. 

What is the Schedule for the Conference?

The finalized schedule will be released in the next few days.  You should plan on arriving on the following schedule:

Arrival – Friday evening, May 27th, 2022

Departure – Tuesday, May 31st, 2022

Will the Conference be Live Streamed?

Yes, ticket holders can choose to watch in-person or via live-stream.

What are the Exact Days of the Conference?

The 4th Annual Advanced Medicine Conference will be held from Saturday, May 28th, 2022 to Monday, May 30th, 2022 (Memorial Day Weekend).

What times Should I plan to Arrive and Leave?

Arrival for most people will be Friday evening, May 27th, 2022. Conference will be all day Saturday and Sunday, May 28-29th, 2022 and half a day on Monday May 30th, 2022. Workshops will continue Monday, May 30th, 2022 until late into the evening. Plan on departing on Monday after 1 pm in the afternoon. If you are planning on attending a workshop on monday morning, you should book your flight to leave no earlier than 2 pm to give yourself enough time to get to the airport and get though security.
